Prices for the cards was pretty decent. Shipping in my opinion was steep, most online retailers with an order over 100$ will apply free or minimal shipping costs, i had a 200$ order and still had to pay 60$ for shipping. Though, while in the process of paying for my order i got a thing on the website saying email them for discounted or free shipping, so i did, twice ... and got no email back in three days so that was a waste of time. So i just sucked it up and paid for shipping. After a week went by and i got no further emails or updates on my order, i rang up and the guy said itll take a few more days but he'll send it in a box for faster shipping. Another week went by and still no update. So i started emailing and messaging. Delivery is slow to barely existent and customer service/communication is quite appauling. I waited days and days with no response to prior or relevant emails or google hangout messages sent to them and no update on my 260$ purchase what so ever. Honestly, for a company thats been opened this long, two and a half weeks to not have an order packed and shipped is disgraceful, they had more then ample amount of time. Finally, i sent them one last email just over two and a half weeks since the order was placed and told them i was going to go to the consumer commission (They deal with online stores), and they responded, how ironic and magnanimous of them. I have screenshots of the emails i sent and the dates. I have screenshots of the messages i sent on google hangouts too. My screenshots also display the non existent communication from these "Professionals". Needless to say, i got a refund which i will give them thanks for as it got refunded in 1 business day, which is decent. But i wont be coming back to pokeorder, i can see why theres so much negativity surrounding this establishment. These people need to learn how to professionally run a business, establish some proper customer service skills and stop pissin people off with such lacklustre service, because two and a half weeks without any communication or nothing, with my items still not shipped, is down right lazy and pathetic. Read moreThis was one of the worst ordering experiences I have ever had. I ordered items for my kids and my payment was processed 6/5/2019. The site said 3-5 day shipping. It is now 6/24/2019, and still no products. While they are being shipped now and will be here this week (fingers crossed it’s correct), this company has been less than helpful. I sent three emails before a response of “order will be there shortly” which was on the 15th of June. We must have a different definition of “shortly” I then had to message them on Facebook to get a response that was not much better. Finally when my order was shipped over 15 days after my order was placed and I was charged. I was told the issue was that the shipping program was having issues. I will never even browse this website again, let alone by from them. The issue is not just the shipment tracking program, it’s a company issue. Judging by previous reviews, I’ll go a little further. If my cards were out of stock, or any other reason that shipping was delayed, a quick email would have saved a negative review and a loss of a customer. Secondly, since your reply’s to other customers who were also unhappy. Feel free to get snippy at me about your bad business practices, I will be more than happy to leave additional reviews and make sure the screen shots of my many attempts and your sorry excuse for responses are available for viewing. The owner was extremely unprofessional from the start, saying that the cards were $1 a piece but it was a good deal and that if my boyfriend bought a lot he would lower the price. The owner also started pointing out cards that were worth more money but he “was too lazy to put them away so they were only $1” and was complaining about how the cards were out of alphabetical order due to other customers. My boyfriend was looking through them and took a few out to look at, after deciding they werent a good deal, he put them back as best he could but that wasn’t good enough for the owner, as he was finishing his transaction for another item the owner got angry and rudely raised his voice and said “so you picked out a bunch of cards and then just threw them back in, its people like you that mess me up!”. I wish that my boyfriend had walked out then instead of giving this rude man any money but he wasn’t offended by what the owner said so he bought the other item anyway. I figured writing this review would be more effective than getting into an argument with an older man about being polite to his customers.
