Christie's Hallmark is absolutely wonderful. I have been getting my ornaments there for several years now. All of the staff and employees are absolutely wonderful. They are happy and cheerful and very accommodating. I get letters from them I get coupons from them and Christy is really wonderful about helping you giving you a little extra off if something was wrong or if you missed a sale because you were sick. I would recommend this Hallmark shop above any other Hallmark shop in the area. Thank you Christie's Hallmark and all of your employees for being so wonderful sweet nice kind uplifting friendly and accommodating. You are the best an outstanding example of what customer service should be. Other businesses should take a page out...

Today while shopping in your store, you were publicly berating an employee and fired her because she rated your store a 7 out of 10. You kept yelling and repeating it was unacceptable and that she can go home if she doesn’t want to promote your store. After you had showed other employees her review and talked about this employee behind her back. You gossiped about her to your other staff before addressing her privately. I think you should be more concerned about your attitude and behavior expressed to your employees in front of customers driving away business rather than reviews. Today was my first, and last, visit to this business. I was told by staff if she were to allow me access to the restroom, she would be fired. As a nurse, I find this to be cruel, and deplorable. None of the staff were wearing masks...so I don't think they are concerned about Covid anymore. They can't use Covid" as an excuse. Obviously the manager of this business does not care about its customers, or staff....and cares only about sales. I would have shopped longer, probably spent more money, but instead hurried as fast as I could so I could get out of there. Having a "no bathroom" rule will not boost your sales; instead it will rush your customers out of the store. . Bad...
