Terrible treatment I received from worker. It was my first and last time. She up charged me for everything and I ended up dissatisfied! She only put one layer of polish on my toes !! When I called her out she lied, then I told her I watched her. I don’t understand why she rushed my pedicure anyway. Then tells me she didn’t want it too thick ! One layer and you make that decision on your own!! My toes don’t look right because one layer of possible is not enough.. !! Then she finally apologizes ! Rude nasty lady. I had already had an emotional day and Had no negative energy for her ! But she continues to disrespect me by yelling and raising her voice at me. I had to politely tell her to stop yelling ! She informed me basic gel starts at 55. I wanted French pink almond shaped and short. She said 75. When u asked for the break down she start yelling! Then want to add my pedicure. I said no let’s go over my nails only. And she write on paper towel and not the note pad receipts list in . Her drawer ! So I can read the numbers. I almost walked out but it’s my birthday and I need my nails done. Smh she goes to cut super short and I’m getting almond not square she left no room for shaping ! I’m like that’s shorter than where you were going to initially cut! She just rude! So I end up getting my nails longer since I have to pay for longer length and that isn’t even what I want !! I showed her a picture saying it was deep ! It wasn’t deep or long !! This lady takes forever to do this “deep French” . I went in at 3:30 pm left at 6:30. Other woman were out before me in after and received the same services ! Why are you suggesting deep when you don’t even know how to do it ?! I couldn’t bring myself to tip her after she hassled the money out of me and I’m leaving with something I didn’t want. Before she got started on my nails we agreed to 70. She charged me 120 charging me 75 dollars plus 45 for my basic pedicure with callous remover and she barely did that! But because it’s French an extra 10 my toes look terrible ! For the French style I need more than one layer on the bottoms half of the nail or it won’t look right. Then 75 nails one layer as well !!! . Yes in the end she still cut a corner ! Took her 30 Minutes alone just to paint !!! A french “deep” line !! I’m Doing my nails myself or I’ll try black owned. It would take a miracle for me to return. Obviously what they never want to see me coming. She was difficult and didn’t want to explain the pricing of her services, she also yelled at me for no reason. Hello Hunny Bees!!! 🌻🐝👑💕 It's your girl Hunny again giving a review of another local small business. As you know I do hair and I don't get to pamper myself often. Today I decided to pamper myself with a pedicure and a dipping powder overlay or full set. My toes and finger nails were ate up!! 😂😂 don't judge me. I was referred by a client to Miracle Nails and told to ask for NaNa. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very loud person who immediately told me they were about to leave and said they don't do dipping powder or feet. I was then given to someone named Alex who was nice and professional. Alex then gave me to Andy. Now Check out the Buzz!! Andy redeemed the first impression. He asked me what type of pedicure I wanted I picked the Strawberry 🍓 and Lemon 🍋 spa $55. He then asked if I wanted anything to drink offering whine red or white and other refreshments. I opted for water. He then proceeded with the most careful, attentive pedicure!! Andy gave me three great massages I mean the kind I moaned out loud and Thanked God for!! My feet was so swollen from working all weekend and it was like he read my mind. He even massaged my toes yall!! One by one!! Needless to say I gave him a tip to match the service!! The individual that was leaving and don't do feet or dipping powder, used ALOT of profanity and even had a friend visit while she was working who also used offensive language in front customer (Clutch Hunny Wand) , she never left and took another customer but not before offering to do my nails once she saw how happy I was with Andy. It was too late that energy is not what I needed after a much needed pamper day. Moreover, I love the Vietnamese Culture and women 🇻🇳 When I walk into an Asian Salon I want to feel like I am in Asia with professional care and culture and not to be greeted as if I walked into ShanayNay ShoNuff Saloon. I came in here randomly to get my feet done and this was one of the worst experiences I had to witness ever. My nail tech was kind and attentive. She did a decent job but i had to see someone else to get gel polish. This was ok but everyone should be trained to complete a pedicure from start to finish as I had to wait for polish while my nail tech went to lunch. Now to what i had to witness. The girl next to me had to ask for a new sterile pack of utensils. When she did what an ATTITUDE she received. As she walked away she made faces like it was a problem she asked for clean tools. The customer was nice enough about it but it seemed to be a big problem. As the pedi went on I overheard her continue to politely complain until the end when she noticed her nail tech had cut her toe w a pumice stone. The customer asked could she have some antiseptic and the tech tried to spray alchol on it...i think that was her being mean on purpose as she knew that would burn like hell. The tech then comes back with a stick of something that the young lady said burned as well. When the customer politely asked would they be throwing away the pumice stone she bleed on she looked at her and dropped it in the basket for reuse. I will not be coming back and only gave 3 stars because my nail tech was ok....dropped to one because i realized she cut my ankle w the cheese grater thing on accident im sure...
