I rented a PA system and small mixer for an event, and it was such a relief to work with Metro Rental and know that all my needs were taken care of of. When something fell through and we needed chairs, I called Cory the night before the event, and he was able to add chairs on and save our butts (literally). Overall, Cory was professional, reliable, friendly, and so easy to work with. He explained everything well, and helped me test out the sound system, answering my questions and making sure I knew how to use it. I had placed an order and paid a deposit for some chairs for an outdoor wedding. It turned out we no longer needed the chairs because we were able to borrow some from our church. Corey did an excellent job understanding our situation and paid us back our deposit in full, even though I’m pretty sure he didn’t have to do so.

Very refreshing to see this kind of customer service. Although we didn’t do business this time around, I know next time I will definitely be calling Metro...

On friday night we lost power and called metro rental and got ahold of the owner he dropped everything that he was doing and went to the shop and got me a generator,cord and gas for the generator so that our family could stay warm with the wind chills in the negative belows.Terry the owner even met me halfway to indianola so I could get back here to get the heat going.
