Dear Burlington

I have never been so unhappy about a store. Monday I decided to go shopping since I haven’t gone in so long. I went to Ross first & really enjoyed myself. Then on to Burlington found a lot of nice clothes, I bought shorts & pants & even a skirt. Lots things for my nieces little girls .I came home and couldn’t wait to try on my shorts I’ve always worn a size 3 and they fit me fine. So I took all the tags off my pants and tops so I could put them away. The following day I was going to ware the pants & they did not fit me at all. So I put them in a bag and took them back I didn’t know if I bought them from Ross or Burlington so I went to Ross ffirst they looked at the receipt And took back three pairs of the pants & told me I bought the other three & the skirt at Burlington because they have bought the same pants there too. So i told them thank you. They were so very nice. Then I went to your store & they said we cannot take back clothes without the tags. I said I would like to talk to the manager please. so she walks over & says I don’t think we carry these brands here I said yes you do the girls at Ross said they buy their pants here. She said she would have to call the manager from the back & watch the video I said oh you have to see me lift the pants up & put them in my cart huh she said no then I said then what are you looking for ? She couldn’t tell me so I waited & waiting my son was in the car I’m a 60 year old lady my back was hurting and it was so tiring so I started shopping found some perfume & candy & other things they put up for me. Then the lady walk up & says we don’t carry those items here I told her I can walk back there and show you. She said there will be no need!!! so I told her just give me back my pants and told them I would Never shop in that store again!!! In my day the customers are always right & I told all my friends too & they said they will never shop there either & there telling their friends & so on so forth so in my age you don’t just get ugly you get meaner....

The deals are pretty good! I totally dislike the security at the front door. I understand why they have it but literally scan you with one look very uncomfortable.

There wasn't anybody on the floor to help.

Also, I probably will not go back because I bought a lot of stuff and I had to struggle carrying everything to my car. "THEY HAD THE SHOPPING CARTS FOR INSIDE USE ONLY" very inconvenient for shoppers. Security again was annoying, the cashier forgot one of the alarm tags and he told me "take everything out on the floor because we have to make sure "you are not stealing" pretty embarrassing at the moment after spending a good amount of money.

Definitely one of those places that "you get what you paid for" like they said.

Cashier was nice! She just made a mistake, that is all.

Reasonable prices Plenty of parking...

Very disappointed with the Clovis location associate was unprofessional kept asking item missing piece was set discount price as another similar item discounted same price with complete pieces never gave me additional discount I do hope someone else will purchase otherwise they will have discount further to sell . Another associate from dressing area he followed me to the isle felt very uncomfortable also store ran out bags to give customers at the check out sadly I will never shop...
