I would like to take the time a express my most highest appreciation for Joy. She went far and beyond for my son (special needs ) She helped me out as my son 5 has an accident. Not a a second did she NOT minimize to me or my son, at the contrary, she was extremely helpful and understanding, caring she made time to make sure that he was well and I were all taken care of before we left. As a previous owner of my own of an establishment that served the community with children on the spectrum I want to congratulate her for being so kind and for having such a beautiful heart, I am sure that this company has the knowledge of her hard work and dedication and not lose a great asset to the company because if she’s this kind of people that she doesn’t know, I could only imagine how far and dedicated she is for the people she works for . The store is nice, and everything looks fresh, but they tried to scam us at the Taqueria. We ordered 2 tortas cubanas and a medium horchata. They didn’t have horchata, so we got another flavor—no big deal.

When we checked the tortas, one didn’t have milanesa, and neither of them had pastor. We waited like 25-30 minutes for this disappointment. They didn’t let us know they were out of it. If they had mentioned it at the moment and offered another kind of meat, it would have been a different story. But they knew and consciously gave us the food like that.

We went back, and the manager offered another option, but we didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for the food. So we just asked for a refund, and they did refund us.

Deli employee has mistakenly put down the wrong item and was charged more in several occasions. It’s annoying that I have to be the one always checking to make sure she put down the same thing when it should be her job to do. I’m bummed out, because this new location was closer to my home, but find it so inconvenient at times. Employee should be talked to about this or be properly re-trained, because I find this pretty unreasonable to deal with...
