I would like to take the time a express my most highest appreciation for Joy. She went far and beyond for my son (special needs ) She helped me out as my son 5 has an accident. Not a a second did she NOT minimize to me or my son, at the contrary, she was extremely helpful and understanding, caring she made time to make sure that he was well and I were all taken care of before we left. Read moreThe store is nice, and everything looks fresh, but they tried to scam us at the Taqueria. We ordered 2 tortas cubanas and a medium horchata. They didn’t have horchata, so we got another flavor—no big deal.
When we checked the tortas, one didn’t have milanesa, and neither of them had pastor. We waited like 25-30 minutes for this disappointment. They didn’t let us know they were out of it. If they had mentioned it at the moment and offered another kind of meat, it would have been a different story. But they knew and consciously gave us the food like that.
We went back, and the manager offered another option, but we didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for the food. So we just asked for a refund, and they did refund us.
