If you do not have another choice and this is the ONLY option then I guess you do what you need to do. BUT if you have time to look around, I strongly suggest that you do not move here. The staff will treat you nicely just to get you to move in but will constantly show attitude afterwards. The management does a very poor job of communicating and getting back to you with advance notice. There are plenty of other communities in the local area that I suggest you look into prior to this one. The closets constantly get of track, the sink will clog after a few months, the laundry room is constantly under repairs. Not to mention the fact that some of the people already there have issues with roaches and mice. I suggest you strongly look at the reviews from people who have lived there long enough to actually have an honest opinion and not from those who have been there only a few months. You will see that the reviews are not good. I gave them a chance and I am very easy to please and I didn't even consider renewing my lease. For the price that they have, you can find better locations elsewhere. Believe me , I have. Again, only move here if you have no choice. The staff up front is at the point where they have been there so long they feel entitled and lack professionalism. They justify everything by simply offering you to get out of the lease. Imagine that, the moment you have an issue they say "Well, you can get out your lease if you'd like" Not a very good approach. The turning point for me was a "MANDATORY" day for the exterminator to come. The communication sent out was very rude and demanding. They gave a set date as if we had no other choice and guess what ? No one ever came. They had the nerve to place a flier on your door stating it was moved to the next day without any explanation. I took of work for this day as I have 3 kids and I wanted to witness what was being done to my place of living. Please find the patience and energy to seek other living arrangements. The complex takes advantage of those who have low incomes. I lived here with my roommate when we were both finishing up school. We were shocked by the living arrangement when we moved in. We never were able to wash our clothes in the laundry room because of the price, lack of machines for one building, and it was often broken.

Our apartment was infested with roaches and rodents. We did OUR best to fix the problem when we were TOLD to deal with it because it has roaches (take a look at the pictures in google reviews). We put up mouse traps, we sprayed everything we could for roaches, but the problem wasn't being handled in the entire building. When we moved in, the walls were freshly spray-painted; we found old CDs spray painted into the closet shelf. The porch door was broken, and calling maintenance was a hassle. We lost hot water plenty of times, and the toilet would clog easily. Everything was outdated, but that was the least of our worries; our issues were with the building's upkeep. Instead of taking in our concerns, they treated them as just complaints. Dead roaches as soon as we moved in...

Also, please make sure if this is your only option (and I hope it is not), you keep a paper trail and make sure your account is closed when you move out. My roommate and I were sent to collections for a magical debt, and the staff said they contacted us numerous times, and we never answered, disregarding that both of us have had the same number since we moved out. Both our names were on the lease, and we both made sure to put a forwarding address the day we met with the property managers. The issue "probably" was, it's cheaper to sell a charge to a debt collector than contacting the tenants about a charge that could be appealed due to insufficient information and a horrible living experience.

DO NOT!!!! MOVE HERE!!! You will loose way more than what you bargained for The roach infestation is far beyond uncontrollable!! Your furniture will get infested I lost all of my furniture due to a numerous amount of roaches They hide in between the stove and cabinets when I have never used the oven because once I turn the oven on they all start coming out in bunches it’s just nasty it’s a waste of my money paying over $1300 a month to live with hundreds of roaches and not only that there is mice as well you will be loosing your food they also come into your apartment as they please and let you know until after and if they do let you know before it would be a short notice The laundry facilities are filthy and the washer and dryers do not work your clothes will come out dirtier than they were before putting them in those machines parking is a disappointment my car got towed because I parked in the handicap space which was the only space available and I had a newborn baby and it was very cold and yet they towed my car had to pay $150 to take it out the lot and the towed it far!! They only worry about inspecting your balcony to make sure you don’t have any of the items they do not allow because of “property appearance” They need to worry about more important things to make this property “look” decent if you move here you will regret it and you will remember that this review is 100% accurate if you don’t want to wake up with roaches crawling on you I suggest you look elsewhere they need to tear those buildings down and rebuild them to get rid of that high infestation Also do not order any things to be delivered to your door such as merchandise because it will get stolen If I could give this property a 0 star I would don’t waste your money you will leave out with nothing but a...
