Ashley Stewart — Local services in College Park

Ive been to this location twice now. There was only one lady who was nice and didn't give off any attitude. I wanted to believe third times a charm but i showed up to the location 08/02/2022 and it's 15 minutes past open and the store is still not open. There are a few customers lingering around waiting for them to open but I've counted 9 customers in total who left, one who even approached security to ask what was going on. Its a really bad look when a business doesn't open at it's scheduled time but even worse when the associates are known to have attitudes. If you can avoid this location, make the travel to another store or just go to Lane Bryant or Torrid. I'm pretty sure the mall imposes fines to locations that don't open on time so i know along with the customers lost and the store not opening, its costing the company serious money right now. I love Ashley but this location always have you standing in line for 30 minutes or more but in there defense it really is not there fault. Customers get to the register and want to ask all kinds of questions unrelated to checking out and they so kindly answer but can't check anyone else out at that time and after you wait you get to the register and they tell you a manager have to take care of your return but she is the one dealing with the hard to please customer that was holding up the line in the...

It's all depends on the staff that's working. My first two visits went pretty good. However, my last visit today was not as the pleasant. The manager "Que", was very rude to me, gave me continuous attitude, even shoved the phone in my face. I was trying to obtain my card information to make a purchase.
