I brought my iPad to be fixed a couple of weeks ago. 12.9 inch to be exact. Before leaving my iPad I specifically asked what I have any issues with my iPad being as though you guys are not directly affiliated with Apple. I was assured and encouraged by the store clerk that nothing will happen with my iPad and if so just bring it back. After bringing it back on two separate occasions because the manager was not present he was on vacation. But today I bring it to the manager and heās asking me a lot of diagnostic questions. He said whatās wrong with the iPad. I said sir the screen is not working on certain parts particularly the top two corners, I have to rotate my iPad while I am working and made presentation with my client over and over again to complete certain task. From there he began asking me to go in more detail that I cannot answer a back-and-forth began to ensue and I told him his customer service is very poor. What are we going to do moving forward? He answers and says well you keep talking. I didnāt say to him the last statement I made to you is what is the plan and what are we going to do moving forward. However he seems to be more concerned with having an ego battle. His ego is very high he is not customer service friendly and he does not know how to simply apologize for anything. I then said Iām going to have to have more security and the authorities come if you are refusing to fix my iPad. Because at this point he refused to fix the iPad and put it on the counter. From there I had to call mall management who called his manager who eventually made him take my iPad to fix. I will keep everyone posted on the progress of this because so far Iām not happy and if I could leave zero stars I would leave zero...

Took my broken cell phone for repairs and the gentleman I met charged me $130 on Saturday 7-8-17 and asked me to return on Tuesday 7/11/17. Called the location on Tuesday to ensure cell phone was repaired. Spoke with Mr. Cletus and he promised to call back but had to look for the phone and make sure it was repaired. Waited for one hour and no call came. Called the location, he did not pick up the phone. Traveled for 15 miles to get to the location. Mr. Cletus did not even look for the phone like he promised. Got there and he decided to look for the phone. He found the phone at the bottom of the drawer but not fixed. He ordered the part and asked me to come back on Friday 7-14-17. Went back Saturday 7-15-17, phone found under the drawer and not fixed. Did call Mr. Abdul at college back on Tuesday, but was unable to speak to him. My money was responded without much remorse after all the times I wasted traveling back and forth. They deserve a 0. Will never recommend. The first place we had gone to in College Park Shopping Center had promised a fix in two days. They never answered their phone so we had to go there to find out that their warehouse hadn't yet sent the needed part. We needed the phone urgently so we got it back and tried The Geek Squad at Best Buy next. Found out they can't fix Samsungs, just iPhones.
Next we tried U break I Fix near IKEA; they didn't have the correct screen but at least they gave us the phone number for My Cellphone Repairs. Finally! We called and Mike was able to tell us that he did have the correct screen and could fix it while we waited.
