Ross Dress for Less — Local services in College Park

Not really plus size clothing... The few pieces that they did have was not really cute at all.... Most of the clothes are just thrown over the rack....... Cash register area a mess...I literally listen to One cashier badmouth another customer to a customer.... Cashier also told customer that she could not help him that she has a line...... Instead of asking him to stand in line and then when it says turned help him...... I am not sure about the customer service here although the security guard was very nice.... And it's very odd to me that only one cash...

This is a new store at this location, opened about a year or two ago, replacing Best Buy. Nice, spacious, good choices for less $. There is only one problem but it is a BIG one: whenever you would visit the store, only one cashier out of seven is working. No managers on duty can normally be seen around. So the lines can be very long. I guess you can call it a management problem common for many Ross stores in the area. Perhaps the attitude is something like if you go after the cheaply priced products don’t complain about...

Friendly cashier. A young man had very much patience with me my side button wasn’t working properly to pay. And he didn’t complain or rush me. I had to got to my car and get my card! He didn’t cancel my order. Very good customer service. I even ask about a leather jacket and I stop and went to look. I’m definitely going...
