My smoothie wasn’t ready when I arrived. I was informed one necessary ingredient was out of stock and offered a replacement ingredient only to find out that was also unavailable. Finally decided on another.
While waiting for my smoothie I did overhear the ladies talking about a mixed up order. Someone was given the wrong order. Just my lucky day it was mine 😵💫 so I had to wait for a remake of my food.
I’m writing this review from a place of concern not anger. I’m a regular at the Main St location but this is only my second time at the Old National location. I grew to love Get fruity Main st bc I could always go in at the time given and be able to walk right out normally on my way to work. The first time that didn’t work out here at the Old National location I thought maybe I just came on a rough day. But twice in a row I’m not sure. Similarly the first time I was able to order and pay for something that in fact was not in stock. Causing me to have to wait for a replacement to be made. Sometimes I have extra time to spare and wouldn’t mind. Some days I do not which is why I order ahead. Hopefully this isn’t a trend at this location and there are just some kinks being worked out since they are still a little new opening. The system should also update when items or out of stock to avoid unnecessary confusion.
4 stars because the ladies were kind and I could tell they were handling a lot at one time. Possibly understaffed. We don’t have many places like get fruity in our neighborhood so I’d love to see it thrive and I’ll continue to support. Maybe some small “sorry for your wait” bottles of water or coupons for times like these would be...

I worked in CS so Ik how it can be when you get orders out the out of absolutely nowhere and/or for long periods of time. What it boils down to is a staffing issue. There were only two men with an extensive menu but they were moving! The tall one was cool! Really nice customer service, apologized to the everyone for how slow it was. Nice man but the other one? Not a fan and that’s all imma say bout him. However i say all that to say…. The food is good I can’t even lie. Like all my items was 5/5 so i can’t say i wont be back lol. Buut i don’t want to wait all day.
there are ways to get this together tho 1.put a sign out alluding to a long wait time. I thought it’d be an in and out situation but i was there an hour. Mind you i had time to kill but most people don’t. You should give the option to wait , helps bring complaints down Hire more folks pls if it’s in the budget of course or keep it on the family but more bodies are necessary Get rid of Uber , grub hub allat ,on Saturdays at least or limit the orders . Y’all ticket machine was flyinggggg & that’s overwhelming Ik from experience

Read morePoor customer service! The lady y'all have working the front is very rude and unprofessional. I wanna say she is Jamaican or from the islands for sure ! A man came in there and needed help with the kiosk and he had asked her several times for help . She ignored him the first couple of times and finally helped him . I wanted to speak up for the man , but on this day I picked my battles . I didn't feel like arguing with anyone. It's technology and it fails at times and also some ppl aren't tech savvy so going back to the old school way and customer service friendly she could have helped. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie it was gross . I also ordered a chicken Ceasar wrap, it was good not bad. The lady was also on her phone and complaining to someone she is suppose to be getting off at such and such time but it doesn't look like it because people are coming in. I think she was more upset about not getting off idk . But her attitude was not pleasant . You need to hire either more staffing so it won't be so much on one person and professional ppl . This is doing more harm than good to your business. My friend also did a food review on your business and of course her experience was good for content and I told her I didn't have a good experience here and will not return.
