I create taxonomy and informational signage about plants and horticulture for Green Valley Gardens Nursery & Arboretum in Walla Walla. We chose Calico Copy to do a large scale informational sign lamination project for us in early 2021. We settled on Calico Copy because their employee Matt was so enthusiastic, professional, and proactive about responding to our initial project inquiry and requests for information about available materials. In addition to being very responsive to emails in a timely manner, Matt went above and beyond in preparing prototypes for us to choose from. When we requested an appointment to discuss materials and pricing, he had several high quality prototypes ready for us to look at based on the dimensions and functional requirements we had emailed him about. We didn't even have to ask him to do this for us. He did it out of his own thoughtfulness and commitment to quality work. Once we submitted our digital files there was a quick turnaround time for us to pick up the finished signs. We were very pleased with the final product. Every sign was meticulously and consistently hand-trimmed to fit our sign holders. The edges were perfectly straight and crisp. We have used them 2 times now and We have LOVED the work they do. We have done baby shower invites (9 Page) and he helped so much by not only printing them but by cutting them for us. We did another baby shower and that also was 9 pages. This time we wanted a binding on these and I took in a 8X10 and he was able to get that shrunk down to a 4X3 and everything looked normal. There was nothing pixelated or distorted!!! I have shrunk the last one's myself and they did look great but I'm in love with these more! Also both sets of invites were 2 sided. Walked into this small business to get 25 copies. The person working, who I suspect is the owner, was very helpful! I needed to complete the paperwork before I made copies, so they let me complete it right at the counter. There wasn't stress to hurry or any of that. Great Experience! Great customer service...
