Cost Less Carpet of College Place — Local services in College Place

We had torn the carpet and sub-floor out for Cost-Less to replace. The lack of effort and attention to detail is staggering. We have had to call them back three times for mistakes/bad cuts/ improper spacing on our new laminate flooring. They tore our ice maker line apart (which we now have to replace) and left our base boards in a state of ill-repair. We called them out and they repaired the problems that we initially caught...but we have continued to find problems. The more time we have had with the floor, the less impressed we are. It feels like they rushed to finish rather than taking the time to do...

We had a great experience at Cost Less Carpet. The staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly and have helped us on several Home Improvement projects. Prices are competitive, and the quality of the products there are excellent. This is our 4th project using materials bought from this store. The installer that put in the carpet was Devin Locati of Locati Flooring. The installer did outstanding work and was quick and clean and thorough. I will use both Cost Less Carpet and Locati Flooring again and would recommend them to anyone...
