Farmhouse Frozen Yogurt, College Station, Texas — Local services in College Station

Look, I’m 20 years old and don’t have any reason to complain about random or unnecessary things when I walk into a business. However, when I came into the store with my friend just to grab some frozen yogurt and hang out, the lack of professionalism and customer service was so loud. When we walked in, nobody greeted us or said a single word. We payed for our yogurt and sat down cause once again, our lives are not so boring that we are looking for something to complain about. A sweet elder lady walked in and again, nobody greeted her or asked if they could help her when she was looking around with a confused expression. The lady asked the two young ladies working at the front if the only fruit they had was blueberries and their only reply was, “yes”. Not “no ma’am im sorry” or “Is there anything in particular i can help you with”. Heaven forbid anyone interrupt their life changing gossip or make them get up off their seats sipping on their drinks. Not even a hello, no offer to help or in other words, do their job, and of course no words when we left. I couldn’t help but notice the mean and judgmental looks they gave the lady when she reasonably decided to leave. The only thing they have going for them is the fact that they’re the only or perhaps one of a few frozen yogurt places in this area. I don’t know if the managers know how their business is being run but I would hope that they do. Anybody could be hired for the job if those two girls at the front...

🚨 After I posted the comment below on Facebook the manager, asked me to call him. He’s full of excuses and DELETED MY COMMENT! He literally told me he “THINKS” employees are just running up the electric bill by running the AC, he almost never goes to the store, and thinks they mopped the floor this morning…er that’s what he’s told. They only mop once a day according to him. He had a lame excuse for everything and no solutions or worries. Very sad! If the floor is that dirty and the machines malfunctioning with NO AIR, can you imagine what’s going on in the kitchen and how nasty the toppings sitting out are getting???

The floor is super dirty and sticky. Seriously gross! There are very few flavors to choose from and zero air conditioning! It was super hot inside. At least four of the very few flavors were out of commission. I watched a child try to squeeze yogurt out of the strawberry machine for about five minutes in front of an employee, who just stood there. Ridiculously overpriced for a tiny bit of yogurt and...

First time eating here since they changed names and ownership from spoons. We tried multiple flavors and they weren’t great. Weird aftertaste. Some were soured tasting (New York cheesecake). Seemed dirty. They had family friendly games out on the tables (a fun touch!), but only if they are cleaned regularly. They aren’t. Sticky and stained. One of my kiddos has an egg allergy and we went according to their allergy warning posted on the wall and got her yogurt that was posted to not have egg. Had a few of the toppings that we know don’t contain egg either. We sat and ate. Within a few minutes she started breaking out in hives and had an allergic reaction. We left quickly and gave her her necessary medications. All that to say, just be careful when it comes to food allergies. Even if the item says it doesn’t contain that allergen, be cautious.
