Pure Bliss Spa — Local services in College Station

If I was able to give zero stars I would. Let me first start off by informing you that no my name isn't JerMikal, It's Miranda. I scheduled an appointment for a facial with a chemical peel. I've been getting facials long enough to know that when you pay $75 you're not paying for the Esthetician to just slap the chemical peel on without cleaning and prepping the skin. Well, I received horrible service, tried to reach out to the co-owner which is Susan and she never replied. The lady upfront informed me that this was also at a discounted rate. There's no way anyone should be paying $75 for the type of service I received at all. I recently spoke with my old Esthetician that I've been searching for and I found her laughed and stated no, not at all. I should have received the full service that comes with getting a facial. Cute place, to all customers that aren't aware of things like this. Please pay attention and make sure you're receiving the proper services that you're paying for. This review is to just inform you of what I experienced, not bashing you or your company Susan at all. But treat people the way you would want to be treated. This place is not what you'd expect in BCS, more akin to Highland Park or Westlake, a medical spa vs "Salon & Spa". Two days prior I visited another "spa" in College Station and there's nothing similar between the two. Upon arrival I was immediately brought to a spacious, upscale waiting area in the back, away from anyone in the front to complete the new patient paperwork. They offered a complimentary adult beverage, whiskey, bourbon and mixed drinks included (I appreciated that since I don't prefer wine or champagne). Susie, the owner, provided the men's facial, which was relaxing and better than I expected, so much so that I'll come back for another. My wife started with the facial and was so happy she's been trying more and more of the services, she now has the membership, which is a great value for those who visit frequently. I arrived early to the spa. The coordinator took me back into the waiting area, where she asked me "would you like anything to drink while you wait?..." She listed drinks that I could chose, and I choose Rosè. I relaxed with my wine with excitement, because I haven't had my lips done for a while. Susie came back and took me to the room where they were to preform the injections. I met Alias, both Susie and Alias were very professional and comforting to me. Assuring me on what they were going to do. Which I agreed with. I loved the way they did the injections. I didn't feel it really, it was pain free. I was 100% comfortable. I was super excited about the results immediately. They took me back into the waiting area to finish my wine and then I went to the front to finalize my services rendered.
