I would give this business, especially it’s owners and managers, zero stars if I could. I used to be an avid customer at Giddy Up Glamour, and over the past months I have seen a major decline in the amount of customer service this entire company has. Recently, Giddy Up Glamour has over charged my card two incorrect charges that have result in over $200 that has be taken out of my account. When contacting the company with trying to resolve the issue, I was told there was nothing the staff could do because the manager was not there. In additional to that, I was told by the staff that their processing system “overcharges customers all the time”. Given being a business professional myself, I understood and gave the staff my contact information and asked for their manager to contact me. Over a week later, I had received a text message from the manager stating that it would take anywhere from 10-20 business days to refund my account. I then called the number I had received a text message from, to ask for a copy of my receipt stating the $143 that I rightfully spent, not the additional $200+ that was charged to my account, so that I can dispute it with my bank. When I spoke to the manager over the phone, she said she would send me the copy of the receipt via email. Instead of calling, she had texted me instead stating that she had “emailed them to me but can also send them via text message”. I am extremely unimpressed on the professionalism of the customer service I have received. I feel as though the managers and the owners have taken the minimal steps necessary to resolve this situation professionally. I would discourage anyone to shop at Giddy Up Glamour...
Read moreI have never experienced as bad of customer service as I have with this company. I purchased a hat online and the hat came in the mail with the brim bent. I asked for a return since it came misshaped and sent the hat back to them. The owner of the boutique argued with me that there was no damage because she had misread my emails and didn’t understand where I said the damage was. I emailed with them back and forth for 4 weeks attempting to get a refund for the damaged hat. The owner finally agreed with me the brim was bent and offered to send a new hat. At this point I was so done dealing with them and just wanted my money back. They refused to give me a refund and instead gave me store credit. I can’t even begin to explain how upsetting and difficult this experience has been with them. Now I am stuck with store credit with a boutique I don’t even want to support anymore because they refused to give me my money back for a damaged item. I would not recommend...
Read moreI’m used to the GUG in Huntsville but I took a trip to CSTAT today and I have to say I would be so embarrassed to be associated with the cstat location.In Huntsville,they are so kind and they could talk for hours.Now,I’m giving 2 stars because out of the 3 ladies there(that I had seen)only 2 ladies were genuinely nice.They welcomed us in and offered to help which was genuine costumer service.It started off great..until....we checked out.The girl at the register had to be one of the most disrespectful store workers I’ve ever seen in my life.I mean constant dirty looks and not friendly at all.GUG workers are always so nice but I couldn’t believe what I was seeing by this worker.As we left there was no “goodbye,have a nice day” or anything.I didn’t know if I did something wrong or if I said something wrong.I walked around peacefully not disturbing anyone so I can’t imagine what I did.Either way,all I know is I won’t...
