While shopping for a new king size bed, I made Mattress Sleep Centers my first stop. It was a rainy day so no one was in the store when I arrived. I was promptly greeted by a young man named Kolby (who I later found out is a part ownership). After looking at several options in my price range and getting an attractive quote, I decided I better shop around town a bit. Kolby was very understanding, respectful and overall a really nice guy! I went to every mattress store in the B/CS area. The only place that compared in selection was Denver Mattress. However, the salesman (very much a SALESman) at Denver was pushy about me spending more money and refused to work out any kind of deal. I went back to Mattress Sleep Center with my fiance to show him what I thought would be our best option. We ended up buying an all foam mattress, king size foam pillows, a mattress cover and an awesome crazy long warranty that was less than the price of a similar bed alone at Denver. They had to order the bed for us but after just days it was delivered to our home, set up and the old bed was taken away for us. Shortly after, we received a thank you not hand-written from Kolby himself! This is a family owned and operated business that definitely gives you a feeling of being treated as family. They have excellent customer service & great prices!! The only problem I had was after 3 months of using the mattress and box spring. I moved my bed set around and when I lift up the box spring the pieces of wood from the middle were sticking out because it is broken. Our mattress also has like a dent in the middle which makes it really uncomfortable to sleep in. Since the 30 days were over I knew I wouldn’t be able to do anything. Also, when I was purchasing my mattress they recommended me to not get one with springs because they tend to mess up after a while and I remember getting one without the springs but after a while of using this one I notice it has springs inside. My wife and I visited another mattress store before going to Mattress Sleep Centers. The two experiences were polar opposites. One store was completely pressure-free, asked us if we had any initial questions, encouraged us to look around without an employee right by our side, then gave us various options once they learned our preferences. The other store started the interaction asking for our price point, pointed us in a specific direction looking at specific mattresses and the salesperson appeared very frustrated when we decided to leave.
