Terrible experience. The day after I bought a dryer it stopped working. The next day they tried to repair it still didn't work. I paid 85 delivery fee. They told me they'd refund me but I have to bring the dryer back. So I have to pay more money just to get a refund. Im a Certified Apartment Manager and I would not recommend. They offered to switch them out but I lost trust with them after everything. I will not recommend them. The dryer room the cycles to dry. Washer was great. Great deal if you’re needing an appliance for cheap. But you’re definitely taking a risks on if it will lasts more than 1-2 years. And heaven forbid the appliance breaks. We’ve been back and forth with these guys for MONTHS trying to get our fridge repaired. They are difficult to get a hold of, one guy took our money and left, another repair man said a $300 part would fix the fridge. Low and behold it did not. Now we’re trying to get ahold of them after the repairman said they’d be in contact with us, and we cannot get ahold of anyone or get a call back from anyone. I was told by friends that I wouldn't be able to get a washer and dryer for months with the nationwide shortage right now. Appliance Warehouse proved them wrong with a wide selection in inventory.

If I could give more stars I would!! I came to buy a washer and dryer with no knowledge of either. Mark was so helpful explaining the differences between different makes and models. He was so respectful and stayed within my budget!! He has earned my business for future appliance...
