I visited this new store for the first time on Friday 9/21/18. I found the the customer service uncaring, resolute and detached from any concern about customer experience in the store. I picked up a container of protein powder from a shelf location that said the price was $7.98. I was charged $24.93. My husband noticed the high charge on the way to the car. I walked back into the store, went back to the checker and explained the discrepancy. A supervisor, Jacob, came to check on the situation and asked me to show him where on the shelf I found the product. I showed him and he said the product was from another department, "Healthy Living" and the price was correct. He offered to take $5 off the price for my trouble...sorta. He was never really clear if he'd actually do that or not. As I had not really wanted to spend that much on protein powder, he said he could not extend that (maybe so) offer to any other product. We went to Healthy Living , I picked out a new product and again asked Jacob to make right my loss of time plus the inconvenience I had encountered. He said it's not the store's fault when a customer puts a product in the wrong place. I told him it was not my fault that I was mislead about the price and inconvenienced. I turned my back to look at a different product and he disappeared. I picked a product and went to check out. Jacob resurfaced and offered to check me out. A higher level supervisor showed up and asked if everything had been resolved to my satisfaction and was I happy. I'm sure I looked as angry as I was and answered "NO!" She took over checkout, Jacob disappeared again and the new supervisor never said another word to me. I was so angry at this total lack of concern or positive customer service. They could have offered me a new shopping bag or $5 off the new product, at least. Instead I got a cavalier attitude from both supervisors. I left very angry...

I have never once been harassed just because I walked in here and some faded jeans and Maya think proof boots and a jacket with the cap and I don’t fit in with everyone else that has a Texas A&M jacket and and or Clean cut and all that doesn’t mean that I’m a thief! Which is exactly what the little boy implied just now when I was at the checkout self check out that is. He asked me if he could see my receipt and I was like well yeah why he’s like well we look asking everybody for the receipts! Which is a complete and utter line because two other people went out in front of me and didn’t get asked for the receipts! And then when I asked to speak to the manager, he said the manager is right over there and very Smart mouth remark was you can go talk to the manager if you want to! Well, I know I can go talk to the manager if I want to I don’t need your permission whatever your name is! And then when I went to the Manager to let her know about this after I’ve spent almost $30 in their Store Sheet immediately took his side and said well I don’t know what happened. I wasn’t there. I will go over and talk to him! Well, she never went to go talk to him and said she went to talk to someone else who wasn’t even involved in the situation! So if this is how this H-E-B is going to do business, they will no longer get my business!/I work for Uber. I’m in this area all the time I constantly come to the store because it’s close by a lot of my drop off locations! Y’all just lost a lot of money for me and hopefully everybody that follows my Googlereviews will stop doing business with them as well! I’ve never felt so...

I usually dont shop at this HEB, but I shop all the other HEB in Bryan, but now that I live a little closer to this HEB, my my my my smh, I had the worst experience at this HEB, first time shopper today on July 31, 2020 @ 4:40pm, well I gone shopping with my son whom is only 9 yrs old, so we are shopping and it's time to check out, well we noticed that there was only 2 regular full checkouts n like 7 self check with 15 limited items only and yes I was gonna use the self check but I didnt, so then we gone to register with full check outside, and so then I ask the young man if that they will open more registers, but he didnt say anything at all, so finally he had cashiers to open lanes, and so I was the one whom ask to open registers and then the unexpected happens, so there were 3 other customers behind me n already 2 others in front of me, so this employee helped out the 3 customers behind me and then helped one customer in front of me n no help from this employee. So there I was very upset n frustrated with disappointment, and so I turn my basket and park it right next to him and told him that I dont want non of these items and I wont ever shop here anymore. So for the one star I giving but rather give a NO STAR is that, I felt like I was discriminated and no acknowledgements from him, I do t know if it was that I am Hispanic, or my son is Biracial, but all I can say is that you (employee) cant treat customers in any kind of way in any matters.
