Miss Charisse Freeman was the one the helped me! She was very personable and very nice! When I came in to have my ring inspected because it was time, she took one look at my ring and looked at me and said we are going to fix this ring. She explained to me that they were going to get rid of the bars holding the rings together and just have them stick together without the rings. She explained to me that they were a little backed up and it might be a few days before my ring was done. It was estimated that I would have it back by the 2nd of February and I received a call the very next day from her saying that my ring was finished and I could pick it up the following day. She and Jared have surpassed my expectations! She is definitely one of your quality employees! I will be letting any of my friends who ask about my ring know where I got it, and that if they want someone knowledgeable about their Diamond, they need to ask for Charisse Freeman! I will highly recommend her to anyone! She was amazing, and my ring has never looked better! I had no clue this was even an option! I am so in love with my ring now! I am forever...

My fiance purchased a watch from this location for my birthday because we had reward dollars from the purchase of her engagement ring. I bought her ring in Buford, GA before we moved here and had the best experience possible with the people at that location. They we very helpful and made a custom ring from the diamond we picked out. After she purchased the watch I had her take it back to get links taken out. When I got it back the face was scratched and too many links were taken out. I took it back and told them I needed them to fix out because it was too small for me to wear and they scratched the face. They told me I was my fault and that I should have checked it before I left and the person that took the links out wouldn't have done that. I explained that it was no way that I could have done it because I just bought it and it was too small for me to wear. They told me the store manager was on vacation so I couldn't speak with them and they would not help me. I had to call customer service and talk with them to get them to fix something they messed up. I don't plan on going back to this location to purchase anything...

I went in to have my ring inspected as part of my warranty and my husband “tagged along”, but then surprised me with an upgrade for our 25th wedding anniversary. We worked with Charisse and she is phenomenal - personable, funny, knowledgeable, and just an all around pleasure to work with. In fact a couple other ladies had to help out when I went back to pick up my ring during a busy spurt and they were equally friendly.

We’ve been Jared customers for a few years now and weren’t big on chain stores after coming from our experience with wholesalers in San Francisco. Since we first stepped into Jared we’ve been met with nothing less than kindness and professionalism. I cannot speak for all of the Jared locations, but can say from our personal experience, the Collierville location is outstanding in its level of service.
