Thank you so much to the tire manager JACKLYN C. for going above and beyond to show me excellent customer service. I came in bout 3 to 4 weeks ago looking for a ring and an associate was suppose to call me back and give me the prices of the rings that I was looking at. I didn’t hear back from that associate that I have a great review so I went back in and changed my review to tell that I was not contacted back. The store manager Jacklyn saw the review and reached out to me and I was given the best customer service!!!!! One of the rings that I had inquired about was not longer there but she sent me pictures of rings and the other ring that I had in my wish list was still available. Update Soooo we found out that the ring had to come from another store. No big deal I’ll wait for it to shipped and arrive. Well I got a phone call from Cordeia explaining that the ring was smaller than expected and it may be an issue with getting it sized. However, Cordeia and the other manager took the lead and got it sized correctly. I thought I would have to wait for weeks, but instead it was available the same day!
