Unfortunately, the young generation simply do not understand the value of customer service. They are there to perform a task vs listening and fixing something or repairing a relationship with a customer. I primarily have 3 stars because of the many times I have gone through the wash and 75% of the soap process was water, nothing like when first opened. Additionally, my last visit entailed waiting to be allowed into the bay. Three of us waited patient until another car honked the horn. Im asking this company to please perform quality checks at this store. The younger generation needs education or re-orientation on how to be proactive with the mechanical workings of the equipment. Is there no signal to notify someone that a fluid is empty? Lastly, what's up with the towels? They were simply placed in a wire cart at the end of the clean up bay, vs at the individual station. Did the employee only hear "put these outside' with no direction? Ive been coming to this location long before it was Glide. I was one if the first customers. I pay monthly for the service, but this store needs needs direction and a manager with experience in customer service. Ive asked to speak to a manager a few times, and they were never available? I had taken the car to Maaco for repainting and the repaint is satisfactory with a 5 year warranty on it. Update: See the Night Photos with the review to see the severity. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS CAR THROUGH THESE ROLLERS. IT SCRATCHED and DENTED MY BRAND NEW CAR'S ENTIRE ENGINE BONET. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE BRENT AGRREED THAT these scratches must be from the horizontal roller that is dropped down. There is no other way the paint chip or dents could happen. I only wash my car at their Collierville and Cordova locations. Brent was supposed to call me back with a resolution within 2 hours on 16th July 2023 after he filed an incident report, I have not recieved any confirmation from them for the past 2 weeks, and I have visited them atleast 4 times since then. Everyone that works here is young and that honestly explains why this place operates so poorly. The license plate sensor at the gate never reads my license plate correctly so they always have to manually search my plate to let me in the wash and then they constantly tell me that the card on file isnāt working, which couldnāt be further from the truth. When I do get in the car wash, the person (super young kid) that is supposed to guide your car onto the belt is always on their phone with AirPods in barely paying attention to you and not helping you line your wheels up properly. This place used to be a really good car wash to go to, which is why I got a membership here, but lately theyāve really gone downhill with their service and Iām pretty sure itās because they have nothing but kids working there that could care less about service.
