If I could rate the walking robot, I would give him all the stars. They don't listen, they didn't care and for the almost 60 dollars I spent for two adults for lunch plus an under 11 year old, I would have been happier at Taco Bell. I just wanted tacos with steak, grilled onions and peppers. I asked for a lil cilantro and lime on the side. Morning changed from how I eat my tacos. How much are just tacos. $ 7.95. $7.95 A piece? Wow, ok . She said," no for 3" I eat steak, grilled onion and pepper. Do you do grilled onion." No raw, I don't want raw,I want caramelized, do you do that? ," peppers and onions yes" Not realizing fajitas are made like that. I said ok, but please put a lil cilantro and limes on the side. She asked me 3 times hard shell, yes yes, for my child, yes yes For my daughter, she took steak, she never mentioned up charge. They need to mention that giving customer a change to change their mind My daughter's come in a soft shell.. Just, 9 secs after she asked if she wanted hard shell Mine comes.. fajitas style onions and peppers, I need to pick my battles, and 3 of the smallest dried lines I ever saw and then this MINI BOAT OF CILANTRO. I couldn't use that much cilantro in a year. I ssid, you misunderstood me, I won't use it and you are gonna waste all of it. No no just keep it and use No no, if I use that boat, your will charge me I just want a small pinch, like your would normally place on the tacos but on the side, not on the actual taco and please more limes Huff and puff and she left, came back with 2 more if the saddest lil limes ever. Made due, and got Bill... 3.10 for a soda.. I can buy 3 liter Cokes for the price of one. Remember my 3 TACOS FOR, 7.95 Well now they were 11.99 More than if I would have just gotten a lunch which included rice and beans. No no no.. She took it off but then added an up charge to my childs lunch by$2.25.lol I know they never want to see me again, which is great, as they won't.. Again, the robot was the best part of the restaurant and he doesn't stay around long enough to enjoy. Find another Mexican Restaurant There are to...
Read moreMy server gave me a look of disdain when I ordered since I asked if he would have my sour cream put on the side instead of a bed of lettuce. He also gave me that same look when he asked for my order the first time and I asked for a menu. He told me the menu was touchless on the table. I'd have to figure that out since I have been in the house not dining in restaurants for about a year. This was my first outing inside a restaurant with my young grandson in about a year. I've been doing curbside or delivery. He brought food with no silverware. I had to get up and ask another server. He did stop by once to check if I wanted a refill. I still had half a glass and so did my grandson. I had to catch another server when I did need a refill closer to ending my meal. It was getting very close to the one hour limitation on holding a table and I saw more people were beginning to come in the restaurant. I did notice that my server was working the takeout bar orders and tables. I never said anything to him since I wanted my grandson to have a pleasant time. He asked me why the server had mean eyes. So, even young children can notice when something not quite right. I thought the soda for small children came with their meal without added cost. I was charged for the soda. I didn't say anything about it. I still left a fifteen percent tip. My grandson loved the taco, rice, and the chips with salsa! My food was delicious, too. A big X was on tables throughout the restaurant to maintain social distance. People wore mask coming inside and walking until seated at table. The weather was pretty nice late afternoon so I didn't hear the heating. The restaurant had a comfortable temperature. I was glad the HVac system wasn't running since we are still in a Covid19 pandemic. I will revisit this location for a second chance on better service in the future since the food was...
Read moreTypical but nice Mexican style restaurant. They provide a wide variety of choices as their menu is packed full of different dishes, including enmoladas! Chips and salsa or creamy hot cheese queso with a jumbo margarita topped off with tacos al carbon or chicken and beef fajitas and you're set! Call-in orders are quick too - so as soon as you call you'll need to leave the house and be there within 10 minutes. If you're going to pickup your order just walk to the back and sit at the bar - that's where your to-go order will arrive. There is usually a guy that is always working the bar and you can tell he is super busy - he may seem a little rude or distant but he's just excessively busy and if you pay attention you'll notice why. He's taking call-in orders, making margaritas, mixed drinks, going to the kitchen to bag your to-go order while servers are just standing around dependent on him to make their drinks. I guess they could help too or maybe it's a hierarchical thing or something but there seems to be a little stress back there. Huevos fritos! Still...
