Terry's Appliance Center — Local services in Collinsville

I had a really great experience at Terry's Appliance Center. When I initially purchased a dishwasher through a big retailer that rhymes with "Bros," I had an awful experience. I returned that item to the big box bro and came to Terry's.

When I walked in the store someone asked if they could help. I told the associate that I was looking for a Stainless Dish Washer and he took me right to his stock. He asked what kind of bells and whistles I was looking for. Terry looked into what he had and showed me two items that had a great price.

It was a no-nonsense transaction. With their dishwashers they work with a third party installer out of Swansea that was fantastic. I purchased by dishwasher on Tuesday and it was installed that Thursday!

Terry's is the best! They replaced my fridge last year, and now my oven. They were priced competitively for both & got the appliances in and installed within the week. They deliver, install & haul cheaper than everyone else & specific to the oven, there was no extra charge for the power cord. They made sure the appliances were level/straight and working properly and took all the packaging (trash) with them. I will not go anywhere else for my appliances. These guys are local, absolutely wonderful to work with (from sales to installers) & I'm confident if/when I have issues they'll help me get them squared away. Love...

I've been doing business with Terry since 1996, I've always referred everyone I know to go to Terry's appliances. We bought all new appliances when we built our home and are just now 2020 having to buy new. I have searched around for the best prices and Terry's beats them all!! Not only are Terry and his wife Julie amazing people, the 2 workers sent to my home with my new stove were awesome!!!! They took care of everything and loved my old dog!!
