This place absolutely sucks... Want to stop reading there, fine, else, here is a long review.
I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your establishment. Having been a patron since its inception two to three years ago under the previous management, I recall a time when the service, quality of food, and overall ambiance were commendable. Unfortunately, my recent visit has compelled me to share my concerns.
Upon approaching the register, I encountered a service representative whose demeanor left much to be desired. Her disinterest in the job was evident, and her use of personal audio devices during customer interactions raised questions about the commitment to quality service. Moreover, the background music played in the establishment was of subpar quality, making the overall experience less than enjoyable.
The restroom facilities also left a lot to be desired, with a lack of soap in the women's restroom being a notable concern. Cleanliness is paramount in a dining establishment, and it was disheartening to observe a lapse in this regard.
Moving on to the culinary experience, the food quality was not up to the standards I had come to expect. The mozzarella sticks were mediocre, and the burger, despite being ordered with specific preferences, resembled fast-food chain fare, notably lacking the freshness and flavor I had enjoyed in the past.
In an attempt to address my concerns, I sought the assistance of the staff. Regrettably, the encounter with the purported manager, Hector, proved to be unproductive due to a language barrier. The need for translation via an employee was both inefficient and inadequate, leading to a less than satisfactory resolution.
While I appreciate the gesture of a 20% discount on my next visit, I find it challenging to contemplate returning to an establishment where the overall experience falls short of expectations. I am inclined to believe that improvements in both customer service and culinary standards are necessary for the sustained success of your business.

So I drove there to place my order (30 pc. wing, small bacon cheddar fry, small regular fry) then sat at a table to wait. I noticed their phone said "Line in Use" which meant they had likely taken it off the hook. They were a little busy so I expected to wait at least 20 minutes. The orders were coming out fast but after 30 minutes of waiting and seeing all of the people before me get their orders and 4 people who ordered after me also got their orders, I inquired about my order. They told me it was coming up next. At this point, there was only about 7 other people waiting who placed their orders after me. I watched as 4 more orders came out and none of them were mine. After waiting almost an hour, the woman who took my order called my order number. I checked it before she put it in the bag and my 30 wing order only had 26. They got those to me quickly. There was a bit of a language barrier with woman who took my order but she was sweet and I could tell she felt bad. There was a younger girl up front also and she doesn't have very good customer service skills. All that to say, the wings were awful. I got 15 honey lemon pepper and 15 garlic parmesan. The had no flavor, they weren't fried long enough so the skin was soggy. The fries were okay. We ended up throwing away the wings. You would think that a place with Wings in their name would know how to cooke them. Hopefully their other food is good but I have no plans to return...

12/9/23-Its been a while since Iāve been here. I stopped in to treat myself to lunch. The cashier was sitting in the front behind the counter. She didnāt even get up to acknowledge me when I came in. I looked around the door and said hello. Her reply, āIām on break.ā I waited patiently and said nothing. 5 minutes later she got up and took my order. Food turned out to be hella good so I figured Iād let it slide. Iām now dining in and Iāve been here for about 39 minutes or so now. I see about 3 customers come in. They asked about their online orders. The same female at the register replies to them, āIām on break.ā I instantly got irritated! They were healthcare workers. I know their lunch time is limited. She proceeded to come from behind the counter and went to sit at a table. While the food is definitely 5-star worthy, she shouldāve waited on those customers. If youāre on break, go in the back! I rated the service 3 stars because she did this twice which takes away from the five...
