If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is trash including managers or personnels that claim to be managers. I spoke with a manager about my purchase of an blow dryer attachment before purchasing if I could return the attachments that don’t fit my dryer and I was told yes I could return as long as I had my receipt and it was unused. When I brought back the ones that didn’t work I was told I couldn’t return despite having my receipt and being in the 14-day window. I asked to speak to a manager the girl yelled from the aisle “no we do not accept those returns” without coming to me. I asked to speak to another manager she continued restocking and then finally came over to address me. I would have never bought 3 combs all for 1 to work if this was presented to me beforehand...

This place was great. It's the biggest selection of Black hair care products I've ever seen and the prices were good too. It's the Walmart of beauty supplies and the customer service was professional and pleasant. I had a good experience.
