I can’t explain how grateful I am for this store and people who are running this business. It’s absolutely gorgeous inside. They have more than 50 “bathrooms” inside and huge selection of best tiles in Europe. Prices are the best. I came in to the store with my “vision”and after couple of seconds, Tom - the owner, showed me the tiles that he thought I would like and putting them in order and creating whole look” floors, walls, decor, shower”. I was so nervous coming to the store because I don’t have time drive around and and look for tiles but from what I’ve seen this was the best store ever. I would drive 10 hours one way just to design a bathroom with them. It was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. Customer service is just simply the best. The knowledge, experience, creativity... You can’t beat that. And the tiles... Dream. :) Thank...

Really great hidden gem of a tile store! We were looking for an accent piece for our backsplash and we wanted to go on a weekend and we saw it was the only one around open. We walked in and was greeted shortly, even though they were helping someone else they asked if we needed help afterwards. Once they finished with the other customer they were super helpful and nice to help us pick out our accent backsplash! Highly recommend! They had different styles compared to other tile stores that they all carry the same or similar tile, Laterm I would say has more unique and different but in a good way...

I am absolutely amazed how professional and well informed Tom and his stuff is. I worked with Tom very closed to design my dream floor and I am !!! wow!!! with the service I recived. I love, love in love with my floor . Thank you !!!!! The store is so perfect ,clean and so fashionable and the collections and choices are unlimited ... absolutely impressive. Tom is just fantastic to work with !!! He is extremely well educated about what he does! His detail oriented skills are beyond perfect. U want a dream floor, bathroom, kitchen u need to work with Tom u will never regrad your choice ....
