We were gifted the opportunity to go and pick out a chair for our nursery and my husband and I immediately knew that Reinholt’s was the place to start looking….However, we didn’t think about having to agree upon a fabric. Andy and the people at Reinholt’s in Columbia City sat with us as we carefully evaluated our options and took samples home to try in the nursery. We eventually chose the fabric that you see on the chair, which is beautiful. We both loved it but it wasn’t my top choice.

During delivery today, a box was brought along with the chair from the team at Reinholt’s that helped us, saying “congratulations”. Inside were two speciality made pillows of the fabric that I fell in love with. We’re both OVERWHELMED with the thought that went into this gift and yes, I did cry.

I bought a swivel reclining chair yesterday. Sales staff were very helpful in helping me choose the right chair for me. I went to pick up my chair in the afternoon and was surprised to see one of their unloading staff sitting in my chair, rocking, that I was picking up. I don't know about all of you, but if I buy a brand new piece of furniture-i expect to be the first to sit in it and break it in. When I emailed to ask why, I was told that there may be multiple guys sitting in the chair to test before it comes to me. I told them I did not see the reason for this-as one person can sit to see if it works or not Was told when shopping that they don't take returns because it is used when it comes back and they can't sell it. Is it not the same principle if a bunch of people from the store crawl around on your new piece...

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Andy McCleary, in Columbia City, for the excellent service he provided me when I came to purchase a Lazy Boy for my Special Needs daughter.

He asked specifics about her needs for comfort and getting details for what features would be best to minimize her pain level while using the chair.

He found two chairs he thought compatible, then allowed me to make the choice. He didn't push towards one or the other, and he didn't rush me to make a decision.

I was also impressed that he asked her name and used it, instead of just using the generic "Her."

I will definitely make additional purchases in the future, with Andy.
