I ordered a stuffed crust pizza a few nights ago for delivery. After an hour of waiting I tried to call in to ask if there was a delay or if my order got forgotten. I can't call the store directly because PH has the numbers all automatically go to some automated or remote service for complaints, edits to orders, or whatever. You can't reach the store directly and speak to someone who can actually help. After 2 hours, I got a message that a 3rd party partner was going to deliver my pizza with a new delivery estimate. I don't know if they had staffing issues or maybe something else but I ordered through the PH app. The doordash guy called me 2 5 hours after order was placed and he was in the store. The Manager was refusing to help him and he was polite and apologetic to me. First she told him they never got my order and I gave them the time it was placed, my name and order for a stuffed crust with Xtra Pepp. She then pivoted to saying it's a doordash issue and I needed to call doordash and refused to speak with him any further and was dismissive to him. She also refused to take the phone so I could talk to her directly and explain the situation. She was very rude and loud. I could hear how she was talking to him through his phone and I could tell she was intimidating him into backing off and he apologized again and said sorry. I had to wait approximately 2.5 hours before I had to give up and make other plans for dinner and go to bed for work in the morning. I read the reviews afterward for this location and she has many negative reviews citing a terrible female manager who is named TABITHA in previous reviews. I think I got my 1st encounter with the infamous Tabitha. Now PH owes me a large stuffed crust and I don't know if I'll ever get it. Will try to come in and talk to the store manager at some point to see if I can get my pizza. I don't think this is on doordash at all since he was in store being blocked by her with me on the phone and he was communicative and sincerely sorry.
Please get rid of this terrible manager!!! She had no ounce of a sense of customer service and probably gets away with this habit of treating customers because she knows she is insulated from customers because the number does not call the store directly. I ordered in the app with a 25-35 minute delivery window. Full hour passes so I call. I am met with a very rude employee saying their delivery driver has a car that is overheating so they do not know when my order will be delivered. Fine, I can come pick it up. Mildly annoying but doable.
I arrive to 10-15 people standing waiting for orders. 4 employees in the back, phone ringing off the hook- no one bothers to acknowledge all the customers and just let the phone ring. Several people politely asked if someone could check on their order and the young lady would only rudely respond that everyone “just needs to wait!”
The gentleman who was in the back them came out and said he would find the manager and that he “didn’t know where she was”. Awhile later a haggard woman with bright green hair walks in, puts her smokes and lighter on the counter and rudely starts to point to each person standing there waiting and says “your pizza isn’t done- you’d isn’t done” etc. when she pointed at me I explained I had called just a few min ago and was told it was ready. They charged me twice instead of just refunding the now unnecessary delivery fee and tip. I tried to explain my frustration and was met with a blank stare. I asked for the manager. She claims she is the manager so I asked for hers. She refused to provide the managers name or her name. So here I am with mediocre pizza that I paid for twice and the most ridiculous and rude customer service experience.
Y’all are better off making pizza at home or going elsewhere. I can only hope that the promise from corporate to contact me to resolve this issue...

I have no issues with this at all but they gave Doordash the incorrect address. The driver called and said that he couldn't find out house and was in North Minneapolis at the address pizza hut gave them. I verified that I inputted the correct address when I ordered delivery through the app. I gave the Doordash driver but he never came and stopped answering my calls. After 45 minutes, I tried calling the store. I kept getting forwarded to customer service at pizza hut outside of the state. I kept being told it was my error and had given the wrong address (which I verified was correct when I entered it). I was forwarded to three separate people until I insisted on being forwarded directly to the store. The phone rang for over five minutes until the call was disconnected. I finally packed up and went to the store. I told the employee that I wanted a refund on my order since I never received it. I was told that I would have to come back another day because there was no manager. We finally agreed that they would remake my order but I have reached out to pizza hut customer service three times since then to get a refund on my delivery fee and tip (over $15) since I did not receive a delivery. I should not have to pay for a service that I did not receive. I continue to get the form email back stating that I will be contacted by the manager but I have heard nothing.
