Went here for lunch around 1pm about a week ago. I've been here before and did not have an issue but this time there was.
I'm a Transgender person and sometimes it's easy for people to figure out especially if I am in my work clothes.
When I said my name was Kayla the guy at the till repeatedly asked me if that was my name. Then when I go to sit down I see him talk to the two guys cooking and one says "are you sure you spelled this name right" Lots of laughing coming from all 3. I look up from my phone as I was just trying to kind of ignore it and I notice the guy running the till is awkwardly holding his phone with it facing me like he was taking pictures or video and trying to make it not obvious. When I look up at him I see him quickly move his phone back down.
I get my food to go and I ended up throwing it in the trash because it looked kind of slimy and all around not great quality. Not sure if that was something special they decided to make just for me or if it is their normal way of service. Either way I very likely will not eat...
Read moreAVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU EAT GLUTEN FREE!!!! I specifically asked for the Wisconsin mac & cheese with the gluten-free fusilli noodles. I have gotten this many times before and have never had a problem. Today I say the same thing and as I'm eating I get to the bottom of the bowl and realize there are regular elbow macaroni noodles in there. I have celiac disease I can't eat gluten because it makes me sick and can eventually cause cancer if I don't follow a strict diet. Thank you for messing up because now I'm going to be sick for the rest of today probably tomorrow and the next day not to mention all the other problems that come along with it. Also I brought it up to someone at the counter and he seem to take it as a personal offense I'm assuming he made the meal because he didn't care that I told the guy at the register gluten-free with fusilli noodles. He even said oh yeah they are elbow macaroni. Well I told the guy that I need gluten-free how else can I be more clear. I will never go here ever again. Thanks a lot...

It's mostly dependable quality. the prices are fair, and the quantities aren't so large or small as to merit note. This is the second trip to this store in the past few weeks, and there's something just slightly off the mark here. It's NOT safety or anything like that - the taste is fine, no after effects, the store is clean, and the staff reasonably helpful, courteous and organized. But there is something about the prep that is not quite on par with other Noodles - in one case, the noodles were chopped up into kid-size bits, another the chicken cut into chunks that were a mouthful, in yet another dish the cilantro was more brush-like than herb stalks. So nothing serious, just odd. They do get marks for cooking the broccoli to the point it's not raw, and the potstickers were spot on. All that said, I'll continue to stop there when the...
