Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

I ordered on-line said it was going to be ready at a specific time,I went 12 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready.My daughter went in and noone acknowledged her for 3 minutes I went in and they still didn't acknowledge so I said I ordered 3 subs they were supposed to be ready 12 mins ago I asked how long the girl said im working on them now, didn't even tell me how long rolling her eyes and neck so I told the other lady in there I didn't want them so the girl said good I didn't want to make them anyway..long story customer service sucked just by that one female getting nasty and rude and this is the second time this has happened off of decker...

4 stars for the slow service. I waited over 8-10 minutes just for the worker to make one sandwich. Every topping I asked for he literally counted out for example, : 3 pickles on a foot long, and a two finger pinch of lettuce 😂 So I had to repeatedly say, “can you add more please” like 10000 times🥴 overall though, my Italian sandwich was delicious. The ordering line is too small and cramped up when there are more than 3 people in the line. The ladies preparing the sandwiches move a little too slow. During Covid when so many businesses were close, Owners had the time to put Social Distancing setups on their businesses. The Owner at this Subway on Decker Blvd chose not to do that.
