Purchased a couch early last year, 2022. After taking 6 months to get to us we were excited to have it. We noticed issues starting around 4 months but they were small. Those grew to ripped seams and fabric nicks all over. We've had it for 1.5 years and it looks much older.
We purchased the diamond care services as we have small kids and expected accidents to happen but its coming apart at the seams from normal use, nothing to do with kids. Claims filing was easy enough online but you can't contact anyone to ask questions. All lines are recordings and direct you back online with no help. Our claim was rejected editdue to being outside the 30 limit. We reported the item when we notice larger tears happening but submitted the date as when we noticed the first tear happen on the cushion.
Ashley won't file manufacturer's warranty and they cannot help with Diamond either, just keep referring us to Diamond care policy.

Read moreEdited review While the sales team and crew were wonderful in helping me purchase a great couch and set up financing (see review below) it has now been over a month since my purchase and I still don't have the couch! I was told that the delivery would be available within 2 weeks of purchase (which was on Nov 21) and a tentative delivery date was set for Dec 13. At no time was I told that they were still backed up from the pandemic and that delivery could be over a month later. I still don't even have an ETA on delivery since they claim they can't provide it. I will still love my couch when it comes (in one week... 2 years? Who knows!) However, I do wish the store had been more up front on the delivery expectations instead of just trying to get the sale.
