I have visited several indoor trampoline parks, and this location has strong potential to become one of the best—particularly as they continue to fine-tune operations following their recent opening. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the attractions. I especially appreciated that the go-karts were appropriately sized for younger children (48in tall) allowing them to drive independently. The safety features, such as the staff having ability to slow the go-karts during entry and exit, are a thoughtful and effective measure to help prevent injuries like whiplash.
Due to the excitement of enjoying other attractions and long line for Go-Karts during peak hours, I was unaware that our pass expired after two hours, which initially prevented us from accessing another attraction.
Fortunately, after speaking with Ms. Emma, a manager, she addressed the issue promptly and professionally, allowing us to access the missed attraction.
Additionally, the website indicated that guests must wear Flip Factory Zone (FFZ) socks to jump and that other branded grip socks could be exchanged. However, when I informed the cashier that I had other grip socks, I was told I still had to purchase FFZ socks and was not offered the option to exchange them, contrary to the policy stated online.
Toward the end of the evening—approximately 25 minutes before closing—one of the attendants began turning children away from an attraction, stating it was closed. Fortunately, the manager intervened and had the attraction reopened.
Lastly, I would recommend offering an option for unlimited jump access at a minimum, similar to what is available at Urban Air in Charleston. Given that lines can be long, this would enhance the overall value and guest experience.
Despite a few minor issues, I was very impressed with the facilities and the professionalism of Ms. Emma. I look forward to returning...
Read moreMy family and friends all got together to come here to celebrate my son's birthday. While purchasing the extreme packages ($35 a person), I asked about height requirements and how to get my two youngest measured for the attractions. The young lady at the front was kind but also said she didn't have any measuring tools for us to use but my kids should be fine to ride the go karts and do the rock climbing, that turned out to be a untrue. My two youngest weren't able to ride the go karts or so the rock climbing even with an adult. Then while going on the go jarts for the older children, one got scared and changed their minds about riding them but they had already swiped her card so, asked the young man if my son could take that ride instead originally he was rude and said no but after a few he came back and said it was fine..... So when my son went to to get the ride while the same young man was up there with a few other employees, one of them yelled out card to him so I explained what happened and continued to yell card until the original guy came up and explained again. Are that ordeal was over we went to the rock climbing, found out the youngest couldn't play on it then got the older children on it instead. My friends daughter did the rock climbing with no problems but as soon as she wanted to do the rope course there was an issue with her height all of the sudden. The height for wall climbing is the same as the height for the rope course.....so at that point I was fed some to a manager who also said it made no since why she couldn't get on and measured her himself and let her do the rope course. All in all in was not a great or fun time. We went Friday May 9th...
Read moreHands down the newest and best location to take kids! We have kids ages 2-12 and there was something to do for each kid! So much space and so many different activities to keep the kids busy. Forget the trampoline parks around the area, this is the only place you want to go because not only is there a trampoline park, there is a toddler zone, a huge jungle gym with many slides, there is many rock climbing options, sky rope course, bumper cars, an arcade, and even a two level go kart track! The go karts were my oldest favorite. We ended up purchasing the extreme package for the older boys and the cosmic for our two year so he would have access to the jungle gym. The trampoline portion had three different obstacle courses, a balance beam, dodge ball, and these extreme trampolines that bounce you really high towards the back. Bathrooms are very clean. Nice large food court area with reasonable pricing. Right now the rope course doesn’t have access to the portion where you can swing yourself around like a mini zip line, hopefully that opens soon. With how big the space is, it doesn’t feel very crowded with many activities to pick from. A little FYI: The red slide in the jungle gym area is very steep and can be dangerous for little kids. They have 8 party rooms with lots of space! Everything is padded nicely and protected from little hands. Be aware that the food and drinks do start to close an hour before closing, and they offer alcohol beverages for adults interested. Music is very loud if your kid is sensitive to that...
