Colonial Village — Local services in Columbia

I went to a Weight Watchers meeting and one of the ladies assisting with the weigh in was so rude & discourteous that it totally turned me off from staying and being a member of WW. She was not helpful at all. I had received a link to the ww program from a co-worker. I signed up for the monthly amount of $54. I and the co-worker both thought it included the local meetings which she advised me to attend. Apparently this monthly amount is ONLY for the WW program via mobile app. The WW lady was so hateful and unhelpful when I was trying to locate my information on the WW site. The woman that was speaking/opening the meeting at this site (8:30a Saturday), came to the lobby area and did try to help. After we realized the program that I had did not include the local meetings, she invited me to stay and said I could have the handouts. The rude lady contradicted her and said "no she can't" & kept repeating it loudly in front of other people. This turned me off from this program and location. The actual apartment area seems nice, very cozy and lodge-like, but there were a lot of pine needles all over the ground making it hard to see the road. The apartments themselves were decent, nothing too modern, relatively aged, but well kept. Me and my wife went to the Melting Pot and it was the best romantic experience ever! I got the extra romantic package and it was worth it!!! My wife was so happy and excited and surprised.
