this place is somewhat rundown. it has always been too much parking for not enough (now mostly closed) stores. they recently repaved all of that asphalt, but it's like putting lipstick on a pig. dunkin donuts & manifest are the only places left worth visiting unless you are a teacher, own tropical fish, or enjoy paying way too money for a picture frame compared to Michael's or online. Manifest (I think it's still Manifest Disc & Tapes, but that name makes little sense) is a Columbia staple for at least 30 years for music, but with a change of management and a change of music distribution, it has been reduced to a shell of its former self. dunkin donuts is dunkin donuts; it has a Baskin Robbins in it, but don't expect a cone of chocolate chip ice cream. they still advertise 31 flavors, but they have a limited number of those 31 flavors at any time.
