GameStop — Local services in Columbia

The guys here were very helpful. I give 2 stars to the company but not this location. I ordered 2k 24 black mamba addition online for 107.99 but was sent a two dollar game with someone else personal info inside the package. I immediately called customer support, and they saw what happened. Instead of shipping me the correct item expedited, they told me to go to a local store ( which got 5 stars) to return the game for 2bucks and I would have to wait until they received the 2 dollar game back in the warehouse before they could send the game I purchased. They made me feel like I did something wrong. This item was a bday present, and to have to wait well over a week after was unfair. I still have not received it at the time of this review. All support keeps saying is I have to wait. I usually pick up in store or ship to store and pick up, but those options were not available for this game. I am so frustrated. I just want the game I spent...

Very friendly, knowledgeable, good customer service. Always have a smile on their faces and take the time to actually talk to you and help you out completely, not just get a sale and rush you out of the store. This is my go to Gamestop store, I prefer shopping at this one because it's so much more nicer and friendlier here. Most of the time they always have what I'm looking for. If I have a question, they know the answer. If I need help, they'll assist me the best they can. Cammi is hands down the best employee here in my opinion, she treats you like a friend instead of a customer. Very good customer service....

Jaylyn was extremely helpful and resolved the issue I had with an order. The problem was complex and required him to call customer service to get it resolved. Customer service said I would need to come into the store to resolve the issue and get a refund which I did at which point he had to get back on the phone with customer service to resolve the issue completely. He was very helpful and kind considering how complicated it all was and treated both myself and the customer service representative with respect. Associates like Jaylyn are why I choose GameStop for my gaming...
