Subway — Restaurant in Columbia

First off, this place is only getting a one because this is the lowest I can give. This subway is so awful, never been treated so bad as a customer in my LIFE! I called around 11:30am on 03/27/17 to ask if they were doing the coupon with 2 foot longs meals for $12, I was told yes. Called back at around 12:15pm because I work at a doctors office and asked if I brought 3 phones up with coupons on it could I order for my whole staff instead of 3 of us having to leave because it is a doctors office and it is a little difficult. She preceded to tell me that they were not promoting this coupon, so after I told her that I just spoke with someone who said they were, they all of a sudden are now taking the coupon but would like us come up separately, which was fine. So I, came to get the first order which was a split payment came in and ordered the food, got to check out and told the cashier, Samantha that I wanted to do half cash and half card. I had $10 cash and she told me that she could not do the half and half because the drawer would not open to give change back. Which makes total sense right, since she has to put the cash in the drawer that I gave her?!?! So whatever, continued with the process and just did it with $2.50 on the card and the $10 cash with the total being $12.50. After she finished the transaction, she handed me back $2.50 in change, I asked what it was for because, there should have been no change given. Of course this illiterate dumbass says, "oh I probably was not suppose to give it to you." So I handed the money back, and said, "it's funny how you could not give me change out of the $10 but just gave me change that was not even mine." Y'all really need to think about who you are hiring at this facility because this is most definitely not the first time I have had an issue with your unprofessional staff. First off, completely goes against advertised price, I paid 5.50 for a six-inch select sandwich (supposed to be 3.00) plus 2.70 for the chips and drink combo... yes even more than their already overpriced sandwiches (not that subway itself is overpriced just this store. i.e. all of there sandwiches are 30-50% dollars over normal subway prices) For those of you playing at home I paid over 8 bucks for a meal that usually cost me 5.53ish at any other subway in columbia. (I didn't even notice the change in price until I bit into my icy, literally icy chicken sub and wondered what I paid for the garbage that was in my hand). I frequent subways around Columbia and haven't had a bad sub until this one. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SUBWAY, EVER EVER EVER. My main question is why does this subway charge so much more near the base? lol, like basemen should pay 30-50% for a mediocre sub like this. Honestly, I thought this type of thing was illegal.

My husband and I went to go order on 8/14/25 at 5:12:23 and we were excited to use a coupon we had gotten in the mail 2 Footlongs for 12.99 and the lady had taken out order then we mentioned we wanted to use the coupon and she had the nastiest attitude and ranted why didn't we tell her something before she put in the order (we hadn't paid yet) and she's doesn't want to do it all over again just so we can use the coupon and she basically refuses to let us the coupon. My husband wanted her to stop fussing so he paid full price and our order wasn't done right either, he got sick from eating and I couldn't bring myself to finish my sub.
