A woman who introduced herself as the manager upon our asking whether they carry a scent called "Mimosa" looked at us from head to toe then rudely responded "I have been with this store for a long number of years and we never had such scent by our brand. You must be imagining things." One interesting thing is - we were not hostile with her we were simply checking if the brand still carries this old scent. She really did go out of her way to make us feel unimportant by then ignoring our questions about other products. Being a former esthetician and a fragrance business manager I was astonished at the amount of effort she made to make us feel like we should leave....

I absolutely love their products! I live an hour away came down to this location for a specific product. Thankfully they had just what I was looking for called ahead of time they kindly put it on hold for me. Let’s just say the tall man & lady that were working on 7/13/25 were so kind & helpful! I will definitely be back down for my restocks in the future :)...
