If I could give zero stars I would!!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!!! Such a complete disaster and disappointment!!!!!!!! Simple order placed for pickup via online (they don’t even have their own pickup service so I guess red flag right from the start, it was through Seamless). My husband shows up and they give him the complete run around saying they can’t find the order. After 15 minutes, talking to every confused employee in the store, showing them the proof of receipt, they finally come to the conclusion they “lost it”. So he comes home, and the order is still completely WRONG! How sway???? $65.00 and 45 minutes later (the Columbia, MD location is within walking distance of our house) the order is STILL WRONG!!!!!!! Then the had the nerve to put staples across the entire bag to keep it closed… I guess to cover up the fact that they knew the order wasn’t right. What’s worse is the customer service! Went for lunch today with a friend. First impression clean, nice ambiance. I went to order my food they didn’t have any white rice ready, rice and peas had maybe a scoop full , macaroni and cheese was almost gone as well. I was offered double cabbage of which I declined. I was told the white rice would take 20 minutes. I waited 40 minutes for the white rice. I was finally ready to order and then I was told they had no dark meat for the jerk chicken. I was so disappointed and I guess my face alerted the cashier and she asked what was wrong? I explained the wait for the rice was extremely long, the fact that they were out of almost everything was very disappointing and on top of that I was just told that they didn’t have dark meat for the jerk chicken. The cashier went to check and said that they did have dark meat and she does not know why I was told that. Nevertheless I finally got my order along with my friend he said he rates the food a 7 overall for me it was about a 6. The food wasn’t worth the wait or the headache.
