Rainbow Shops — Local services in Columbia

Service was by far the worst and I will never shop at this location again. The manager on duty (Latirea) was extremely rude, very unprofessional, she was on her personal phone carrying on other conversations using profanity. I could not differentiate the difference between the manager and a customer. If the associates weren’t wearing their name badge I would not have known the difference between them and the regular people walking in. I was surprised to see the manager and some of sale associates wearing fuzzy slippers and jail house slides. Walked in store and no one greeted me. Spent over 2 hrs walking around shopping. Someone finally acknowledged that I was there. As I walked around some of the associates smelled like weed. While in the store the music was vulgar, the music playing had profanity and I was very uncomfortable. I’ve been a loyal customer to many of the Rainbow stores throughout the state but this particular one I will NEVER shop here again. I only give a one...

Customer service is usually good in this store but lately have been horrible. I purchased some pants from this location . when I got to the register to checkout the girl asked an associate to find the same pants because mines didnt have a tag on it .. So she scan the other pants and gave me the one with no tag. So today I tried to exchange the pants she told she couldnt because of no tag. I told her I purchased them with no tag. She was the one who went to look for the pants. She still didnt exchange them. This location will not get any more of my money .. I'll rather drive to the new store on Harbison ..they have better...

So I went in Rainbow today on Bush River around 7:40 and they had a shoe in the wrong area so I was having trouble finding the other one. I went over to the register and requested help to find it. The girl who was ringing up other customers told the other young lady that was talking and laughing with her at the time to help me and she proceeded to say her mind is not right to help me find shoes right now and didn't come either. So let me get this straight you got a customer service job but don't want to help a customer....
