The other day, My Friends moved into their new Home and Asked me to be the first one there, When I couldn’t, I knew what to do, I called Rohers, and Jen answered the phone, She was probably the single best Customer service Experience I’ve ever had in my life, She Took Plenty of time to Listen to my needs and cared deeply about getting everything perfect for my friends, I finally saw the Pictures (I’ve been on the edge of my seat all day) And I Loved it! (While I Wish there would’ve been more sunflowers, I really wanted them to be central, only noticing one or two, and probably should’ve gone with the build your own) I did feel It was Delivered on time, Their Alert system is so Good with its text to phone option so I knew it was delivered safely But let me tell You, Ten minutes with Jen, over the phone who I never met before in my life, And she did come through in making the memory for my friends that will last a lifetime and was so important to me, Jen Couldn’t have been a Better, More thorough, top to bottom, Picture perfect representative of a company, their products, And Options available, I told Her I wanted something loaded and indeed it was, These Friends are like Family and deserved nothing spared, She Did just that, Making something elegant, and unforgettable, I Couldn’t wait to write this review on Her behalf, she really, really deserves to be recognized by Her Upper management team, And Promoted within Her company any way they can, because this is an All-Star Employee who really cared about going above and beyond for me and my friends and I could tell in the note my friends wrote me, she did just that, I Would do business with them again, I Wouldn’t Hold any reservations whatsoever, I hope that she has a long, bright future with Rohers and that they Reward Her for a Job Very well done, It’s not easy taking a phone call and Trying to articulate a vision into existence, She really went above and beyond to make that happen, I Couldn’t wait to say a Very Heartfelt “Thank You” for that and How I truly Hope Her company knows what an all-star They have on their hands with Jen, she is...

Came here to buy valentines presents. I bought a 40 dollar sign and 50 dollar item decoration and flowers and a ballon.

The lady’s had no idea what was going on made numerous mistakes. Couldn’t get the prices correct telling me the one I grabbed is more expensive and then rings me up forgets my ballon they couldn’t find the 50 dollar item I bought because they had me put display back and gave me the box but they misplaced it and tried saying this one was more than display. My first time to store but I felt insulted when the lady said sorry we been here all day. I been at work all day to I work 10 hour days 12 days straight with two off in between for past 2 months and doing it till October I work all the time and I’m not allowed to make mistakes or else I’m tired and I felt insulted my first time to store I thought it was nice customer service was bad I spent 140 on items she forgot the ballon and made me pay again for the balloon chatlrging my card twice I’m not happy...

This review is for the Royer's Columbia location. We worked with Patti Nelson for my wedding. Our wedding flowers turned out AMAZING! They were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I asked for. I showed Patti pictures of different bouquets I liked, and the ones she created were exactly what I wanted. My bouquet was so beautiful and full of flowers. I loved it so much that I'm paying to have it preserved! We asked Patti to create a floral arrangement for our ceremony site and she did an awesome job with it. She also created all of our centerpieces and they looked so good. We gave Patti our budget and she did everything we wanted without going over budget.
