Torrid — Local services in Columbia

Never again. I walked in intending to purchase several items. A customer service rep asked me if I wanted help, and I explained to her the bra I was looking for. I turned around, she was gone. I walked around looking for her, but nowhere to be found. 15 minutes later she walked over to me and told me they didn't have it. I then asked for other items, and while she was walking away, she pretended she was interested in my question, but continued to walk away while speaking to me. I approached the register, then noticed all four employees were having a personal conversation about vacationing. I spent about an hour trying on items. An hour later at the register, they were still huddled together on the same conversation. The Manager also had a bad attitude. This is the worst customer service Ever....

Your hours are not correctly posted and you tried to ignore me when I was trying to get your attention. Your entire storefront is glass I could see you. I have been waiting since March to get an item and I really needed it. My order was cancelled and no one answers the phone, the line wasnt even working today and I blame that nasty attitude having store manager . You had such a good team, it's a shame. I work long hours in healthcare my experience didnt have to be this way. Two calls to customer service and they are useless. I had the BEST experience shopping here I was shopping for a wedding and dont normally wear dresses. I had a friend with me for moral support. Pretty sure in the process of trying on dresses I spoke to every single employee. Everyone was so wonderful, encouraging and HONEST!! I actually felt really good leaving the store when as a girl with larger features I usually end a shopping trip feeling defeated and stressed out.
