This is worst jewelry store I have ever done business with. You buy 3,000 worth of jewelry and it’s only covered for 2 years. All legit jewelry stores offer you a lifetime warranty that you purchase at the time you buy the jewelry. All you have to do is have your jewelry inspected twice a year. If a diamond or stone chips or falls out, it will be replaced free. If you need it sized, it’s free. I have had work done on my wife’s ring several times and had to pay a lot of money. I have seven loose diamonds that need to be tightened to prevent them from falling out; they will charge me 150.00 just to tightened the metal around the diamonds to prevent them from falling out. That’s insane!!! Bad business! I encourage many to do business with someone else instead of this store that will give you a life...

We purchased my wedding ring from this place a year ago.. within that time I had to bring my ring back 5 different times due to diamonds falling out of the ring. The 1st time we brought it back was due to being able to hear loosening in the ring.
