Ordered a small cb coffee today and the price on the menu stated $2.79. It was rung up as $3.99. When I said I ordered a small she said she did ring up a small. I then pointed out that the price on the menu says $2.79. She proceeded to tell me that the system has not been updated without offering to correct the price. So I asked how can they advertise one price and charge more!? She then said again that the system had not updated. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was not there. So I asked for his name to contact later about this false advertisement. I was told his name was Mr. Ross. After getting the managers name I was then told I could get my dollar back. And was also told that it was not her fault. I told the cashier that I realized it wasn’t her fault and she proceeded to tell me as the customer that I made a big deal about it! As the customer this was made to look like it was my fault that. 1. The prices didn’t match and 2. That I pointed out I was being over charged! What a dissapointment! Read moreSo disappointed. We are a cinnabon-eating kind of family and have bought the Classic Cinnabon from multiple Cinnabons. From Germany to California, Texas to now Columbus, GA. This is by far the worst one we have had. They were underbaked, so very doughy. We had thought about just getting one of the 4 pack pre boxes of Cinnamon Classics, but they were haphazardly glazed; one with barely any glaze, another with way too much, etcetera. So, we opted on the "freshly baked" ones to our disappointment. Again, they were too doughy and yet the dry parts were burnt. Add to that, the lady taking our order was very impatient. I had to wait for the screen to change to see the menu (not sure that's the best idea), since we changed our minds about ordering a hot one. She just kept asking me what I wanted and I explained I needed to wait to see the menu again. I have in and got our "norm." (Chill, sweetheart. There weren't any guests waiting.)

Read moreI went to pay and wanted to run my card as credit instead of debit. Well the machine would not let me bypass the pin screen even after swipping and tapping my card and everytime I would try the girl just stood there staring at the machine like she did not have anything to say. I asked can you bypass the pin method and she never responded she just kept mashing random buttons over and over after I had already tried them all. I said does it let you bypass the pin? Again she said nothing in response. Finally I had to look on my app for my new cards pin number and I was able to punch it in so I could get out of there. I said you might want to figure out if you can do what I was trying to do in the future and she just stared into my eyes like a deer in headlights and never responded to me as I walked off.
