I only buy from privately owned jewelers. This year my previous jeweler close their business so I was looking for a new place. When I came into Love's Jewelers I felt like I found the right place. Gene, the owner, greeted me and let me know that Jasmine would be with me soon to help me find anything I was looking for. She was very patient and helped me find the perfect gift for my wife for Christmas. I'm a very cautious buyer and don't typically spend more than a couple hundred dollars. I could tell that Gene and Jasmine only wanted to help me find the right item, not sell me something. Will never get my business again!!! Have taken several watches their just to have to battery replaced as I did recently. Only this time I noticed my watch would periodically stop working. Called Loves to explain and was referred to Rings of Time as something maybe wrong with the movement of the watch. Took it to Rings of Time to be told that Loves replaced it with the wrong size battery. Once the correct size was placed in the watch its been working flawlessly! Called Loves for a refund and to give them back the wrong battery that I purchased & she said rudely interrupted my explanation of the issue and said I need a receipt for the $7 battery I had purchased a week and a half earlier.
