Called to get my daughter scheduled and received the rudest service. My daughter has been having episodes that are concerning to myself as well as her pediatrician. The referral was sent last week, but they claimed they did not receive it. I had my pediatrician fax it over again for me. When I asked about the referral when trying to schedule, the lady very rudely spit out “well it hasn’t been processed yet if it was just sent this morning”. I asked politely how long that process takes because like I’ve stated, I am very concerned about my daughter and she again rudely spit out “24-72 hours”. When I thanked her even though she was not kind at all, she just muttered “mmhmm”. Clearly she does not have children or never had to worry about her children because if she did, she may treat concerned parents a little nicer when trying to schedule an appointment for their kid. Over the course of the past three days I have left messages to the "nurse line" to no avail. Not even the courtesy to call back. I am beyond livid at these over sights.
