This review is for the Oohs and Ahs Lab on the 2547 Franksway side. I've been taking my daughter to Kandalyn for over a year. This last time I took her, she bumped the ends of her silk press instead of curling it. When I asked her to some add curls, she turned up her nose as if I'd handed her a bag of dog poop. Who bumps the ends of a 9 year old's hair? She's not a teenager. After embarrassing me in front of the whole shop for asking her to add some curls, she did it, but with an attitude. She ended up charging me $60! And she didn't even have to de-tangle or wash my daughter's hair....I did it before I brought her there! She does a good job with silk presses, but I can't deal with the stress. I won't be back. I'll have to find someone who slays hair AND is consistently nice. I'm not saying don't go to Kandalyn, but prepare for some attitude (and being up-charged) if you say or do something she...

Miss ciera did my boyfriend's hair today on short notice throughout the week, and she did a great job! We came in not knowing any better, he's never been to a salon before, his hair was still twisted from the previous time his hair was done, she told us she normally doesn't do take downs but didn't hesitate to help with no extra charge...Miscommunication on both parts. DO NOT BOOK WITH KILA!! I took my son in for a basic edge up and she somehow cut into his eyebrow. How do you mess up something that simple?
