Please don't go here. Like most salesman they are great,nice friendly but the moment you buy they nolonger care. I recently picked up my furniture on 03/25/21 I have been trying to reach Mr.Tim. I finally got in touch with him today on 4/05/2021. I explained to him my issue and my concern abouts the fact that my couch cushion is always moving and sliding the moment you sit down. Also my pillows to my couch has the stuff that is supposed to be inside coming out. He didn't even address that part. But told me I should buy some stuff to keep my couch in place because due to the material it is likely to move and slide. For me to be paying 900 for a sectional I shouldn't have to go buy anything for my sectional to be in place. He was like well there's nothing we can do on our end. I said I can't just swap it out with something else (same value) his exact response was I will be charged 25% of the 900 on top of the price for the new furniture I get. Lol not 25 dollars but 25% of furniture that I have had for almost 2 weeks. Very very ridiculous. I will NEVER EVER...

This a great place to get your furniture. They have a great website to peruse through, but I have to recommend the in store experience. The sales people are knowledgeable about all their products, no one hassles you, or just tries to sell you something just to make a sell. You genuinely feel like they want you to find the right fit for you. Tim has an amazing way of finding just the right people. From sales to delivery. The delivery men are complete professionals. Taking extra care to assemble anything that needs assembled, place it wherever you want it,no matter how difficult it may be, and do not hesitate to remove old furniture absolutely for free. It’s not just another purchase. It’s an experience. The staff here know that for the majority of folks it’ll be years before you make another furniture purchase and they make sure you’re happy and confident in your purchase. Unfortunately our experience did not match the typical review on here. We purchased over 10 mattresses and boxes from Tim at the S Hamilton location, as well as a few couches and kitchen sets. The couches were cheaply made and broke within months, as well as the kitchen chairs (literally all of them broke in the same way). I contacted Tim to see what our options were, which was a challenge to even get him on the phone. He asked me to send him photo’s which I did. After a month without even a response, I stopped in, he informed me “Oh, I didnt click the send button” when I responded.
