I have been coming to this place since they were in Eastland Mall. The quality of work has continued to decline. This is the second time she took a chunk out of my brow. I understand mistakes happen, but she refused to acknowledge that she messed up. She had the audacity to tell me this was the middle of my brow, and it was like this when I came in. Went today for the first time. Specifically asked the lady to just clean them up, I liked the shape and the thickness (I have naturally thick eyebrows) she made them so thin and they are very uneven it makes it worse because I wear glasses and you can tell one is higher than the other.
