went in with my girlfriend and was looking around for a gift for her mothers birthday because the items in the store fit her sense of humor, we were greeted at the door by a blue haired lady who already had an attitude from the start but i ignored it until she followed us around every second and made my girlfriend very uncomfortable, constantly asking us if we had planned on buying anything in the store or saying things like “i know what you’re up to” when we were simply looking at t shirts. my girlfriend expressed to me she had made her uncomfortable in past experiences in this store and had even grabbed her shoulder while we were looking at things then stated she was “just checking” after we had payed for our items for her mom the lady continued to follow us out of the store and into the food court where she had finally walked back away and went back to spencer’s i assume. this behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional and uncomfortable for customers not to mention harassment at the least. i would advice strongly against going to...
Read moreI visited this location on 8/4/24 with my mother and brother. We came in about 10 minutes before they closed because my mother wanted to look for something very quickly before we left the mall. One of the employees was very rude and followed us around repeatedly saying they were about to close. We acknowledged her the first time she said it and told her we’d be very quick and she still stood there, waiting very impatiently. Once we got to the check out my mother realized she had dropped her money she went back to the rack she was looking at, which was not far from the check out to look for the money, but it was no where to be found. Considering we were the last people in the store (apart from the employees of course) we have reason to believe one of the employees saw the money and pocketed it before then pretending to help us look for it.
